1. Delivery Areas
The Fishbox delivers to 80+ areas across Chennai, including Anna Nagar, Adyar, T. Nagar, Velachery, Mylapore, Nungambakkam, Guindy, Chromepet, OMR, Mogappair, Ambattur, and many more. Enter your pincode on our homepage to check availability.
We serve Chennai city only. We do not currently deliver outside Chennai.

4. Delivery Slot
We have one daily slot: 6 AM to 9 AM. This keeps your fish at its freshest. We do not offer evening or afternoon deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during this window.

7. Our Pre-Order Model
The Fishbox uses a pre-order model โ we source only what has been ordered. Your fish is never frozen or pre-stocked. It goes from the sea to the market to your door the same morning. This is why the 10 PM cut-off is firm.
8. Missed Deliveries
- If we cannot reach you, we will call on the number provided
- If unreachable, the order may be left with your security/gate (at our discretion)
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address you provided, no refund will be issued
- If the failure is on our end, you receive a full refund
9. Delays
We aim to deliver between 6 AM and 9 AM. Occasional delays due to traffic or high order volume may occur. If your order is significantly delayed beyond 11 AM, contact us โ we will review and offer a resolution.
